Will Tuck Approved Sausage Stuffed Jalapeños

Make extra as they go fast!

Ingredients:

1 pound of Wild View Farm ground pork sausage.

1 8oz package of cream cheese.

1 cup of shredded Parmesan Chees.

1lb of fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded.

Ranch dressing optional as a dip

Directions:

Heat oven to 425F.

Place sausage in a skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly brown, drain.

Mix sausage, cream chees and Parmasen together in a large bowl.

Spoon about a tablespoon of sausage mixture into each jalapeno half, arrange on a baking dish.

Cook for about 20 minues until lightly browned and bubbly.
